​Injuries in Public Places

Sometimes injuries occur outside of work or road situations.

Where you suffer an injury in a public space or as part of an activity, there may be an avenue to pursue compensation for your losses.

In order to pursue a claim, you must show that you have suffered an injury, and that injury was caused through someone else’s negligence – that is that someone’s actions or, in some cases, inactions, caused you injury.
